Web-scraped and AI-generated images of airport security bag and body scans in an ongoing project that will culminate in a multimedia installation. I question the coexistence of 1) the violation of privacy in the name of safety, continually justified by the US government through the events on 9/11, and 2) the protection, which the X-ray aesthetic provides through the removal of color and the distortion of phenotypic features, that thwarts racial profiling within a racist security system.

The Playground (2019) is a 33-video interactive YouTube experience. After a factory meltdown, the player goes on a journey to construct their new body, a digital exquisite corpse determined by their decisions along the way.
